Exchange and Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At Basic, we are committed to providing high-quality products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Therefore, we have clarified our return and exchange policy according to the following terms:

Product Returns

Coffee Products:
Since coffee is a consumable food product, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect in the product, or the product is expired at the time of delivery.

Non-consumable products (accessories):
Accessories may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Product Exchanges

Coffee Products:
Coffee cannot be exchanged after the order is received, except in cases where there was an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong type of coffee.

Non-consumable products (accessories):
Accessories may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused and remain in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will process the exchange or return at no additional cost.

General Conditions

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection by our team to verify the condition of the product.

Customers must contact us within 3 business days from the date of receiving the order to report any issue. Failure to contact us within this period will be considered a waiver of the customer’s right to compensation or exchange.

The price of products included in bundles may differ from the original individual product price.

Shipments cannot be modified or canceled after they have been dispatched. Shipping details can only be amended if the order has not yet been shipped.

Refunds

Refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 business days, subject to the applicable terms and conditions related to product condition and return eligibility.
